Overview
Prudence Adhiambo Ochieng is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with extensive experience spanning litigation, commercial law, employment law, conveyancing, intellectual property, and constitutional law. She has represented individuals, businesses, and institutions before various courts and tribunals in Kenya and has successfully handled complex legal matters through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Over the years, she has gained substantial experience in civil and criminal litigation, contract drafting and review, legal research, due diligence, negotiations, and regulatory compliance. She has also undertaken pro bono representation in criminal matters and actively participates in legal aid initiatives aimed at enhancing access to justice.
Prior to joining KKN Law LLP as an associate, Prudence served as a Legal Associate at S.K. Amani & Associates Advocates, where she handled a diverse portfolio of matters involving commercial transactions, employment disputes, land matters, and court proceedings. Earlier in her career, she trained and worked with reputable legal institutions including Oruenjo Kibet & Khalid Advocates, Kenya Law (National Council for Law Reporting), and the Judiciary.
