Lorraine Achola Ngugi provides over 8 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction and Corporate Commercial Law, with a focus on transactions involving property development and joint ventures. She has acted for various clients in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of numerous high-value developments across Nairobi, advising on both legal structuring and preparation of scheme documentation.

Lorraine began her legal practice at Wamae & Allen Advocates in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, where she supported a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. She later joined O&M Law LLP where she rose to Senior Associate in the Real Estate Department, advising local and international clients on property acquisition and leasing.

In 2025, Lorraine joined KKN Law LLP Advocates as a Partner in the Real Estate, Conveyancing and Projects Department.

She is known for her hands-on project management approach, having served as principal advocate in several multi-billion shilling developments. Her experience includes providing end-to-end legal support on complex mixed-use and high-end residential developments and advising on the legal management structure of developments. She also has experience advising clients on property holding structures, land use compliance, and conveyancing regulations.

Lorraine is passionate about mentoring young lawyers and leading with purpose. Beyond law, she brings energy and balance to her life through music, dancing, and getting lost in a good book.
